OUR TEAMS HISTORY & EXPERIENCE
The team at CIPS brings decades of combined experience across the automotive, customer service, and mining industries. Our strength lies in a diverse set of skills and perspectives that shape how we serve our clients and deliver reliable, industry focused solutions.

Dennis shaped his 45-year career and education in auto and mining parts and services. He received his Degree in Automotive Studies at the Georgian College in 1994. His career began in a shipping department and eventually lead to the Fixed Operations Manager for a large automobile dealership. Dennis’ vast operational knowledge and leadership have been instrumental to the CIPS start up.

Devin’s work experience followed a similar path, beginning in shipping & delivery services then moving on to sales. Through a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency he consistently improved department performance and fill rates.
​
Together, Dennis and Devin have played key roles in establishing multiple warehouse operations. Their combined experience has given them a clear understanding of how effective processes, technology, and inventory management directly impact efficiency and customer satisfaction. They also recognize that in depth product knowledge is essential to delivering real value to clients.
​
To round out the CIPS team, Brenda Rodyck and Rick Rodyck bring decades worth of business ownership experience and customer service skills to the company.

After many combined years in the industry, witnessing both its strengths and areas for improvement, the team at CIPS has started this company with a goal of challenging the status quo by delivering an exceptional customer experience and introducing innovative solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the industry.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
TOYOTA
At CIPS, we provide Genuine Toyota products manufactured from their original factories in Japan. Parts and service for the HZJ79 Toyota Land Cruiser has been the flagship product of our business.
We have expanded to offer aftermarket versions of the same Toyota products. For these items, quality is still of vital importance; the advantage here is to increase product availability in times of shortage and to give you an option to compare with a more cost effective item. All of our products are marked as Genuine or Aftermarket to ensure transparency and clarity with our clients.​​​
CATERPILLAR
Our team is thrilled to announce that we now offer Caterpillar products. Like our other products, quality and transparency is of vitale importance at our company. That being said we offer both Genuine Caterpillar products and Aftermarket versions of these same Caterpillar products. ​​

All of our products are marked as Genuine or Aftermarket to ensure our clients know what they are quoting and purchasing. This gives you the option to make an informed decision on which product to go with and compare apples to apples. Our Genuine Caterpillar products are manufactured in the USA and the Aftermarket products are both manufactured in the USA and China, each product is marked with is origin.​​

PRODUCT QUALITY
Quality of the product we provide is one of our top priorities at CIPS. From the inspecting genuine and aftermarket products to our own in-house manufactured items, providing the highest quality product is critical to our business.
We encourage our clients to give us feedback on the quality of our products so we can improve upon the product if possible. ​​


CIPS WARRANTY
At Canadian Industrial Parts & Service, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We welcome all of our clients to inform us when a product or service we provide has not lived up to the expectation. Our team takes pride in doing everything we can to make a situation right with the customer.
See below for our warranty offer for different situations:

Genuine Product Warranty
Due to the chance of a genuine product failing due to a manufacturing defect being quite low, we do require the part be returned to our facility with the original packaging with an explanation of the defect. We do not cover parts that have been installed and used on a site vehicle, this is due to the harsh conditions these products face. We do not cover damage to parts damaged during transport or damage that occurred during install.
That being said, every situation is different and we welcome a discussion with our customers to see what we can do to ensure customer satisfaction.

Aftermarket Warranty
Aftermarket products have a higher chance of a defect or failure due to these items being reverse engineered and manufactured in non-original factories. We are happy to replace items that have obvious manufacturing defects. This does not include parts damaged in transport or damage that occurred during install.

Again, that being said, every situation is different and we welcome a discussion with our customers to see what we can do to ensure customer satisfaction.

CIPS Manufactured Product Warranty
At CIPS, we do manufacture, customize and modify items. If there is a situation where a product is defective or does not install, we require notice that there is an issue and we will do everything we can to correct the issue or provide a replacement part.

Once again, that being said, every situation is different and we welcome a discussion with our customers to see what we can do to ensure customer satisfaction.

Service Warranty
Firstly, we want to clarify what the term "Service Warranty" means at CIPS. This includes items that we have assembled into complete component assemblies and items that have been sent to our facility for repair or remanufacturing.
If there is a situation where the customer feels the service item has failed sooner than expected, we expect the customer to notify us with a detailed explanation of the situation and photos of the failure. At CIPS, we reserve the right to assert if the damage was due to incorrect assembly, product manufacturing defect or user abuse.
CIPS only covers the cost for items that have been assembled incorrectly, with evidence. CIPS doesn't cover items that have been damaged due to user abuse or items that have endured extreme or harsh conditions. CIPS reserves the right to determine the outcome for each situation.
One last time, that being said, every situation is different and we welcome a discussion with our customers to see what we can do to ensure customer satisfaction.

We are proud to say that in every situation where the warranty topic has come up with our customers, they have left the situation satisfied and returning for business.
RETURNS & REFUNDS


For all of our products, we require they be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Items returned after 30 days of the purchase will be subject to 10% restocking fee. Items to be returned also need to be shipped to our facility prepaid. We do consider the freight pick up date to be within the 30 days for a full refund.
PRICING
Our goal at CIPS is to offer high quality products and service at a fair price. We aim to correct the market in regard to pricing, strive to exceed service expectations, by creating new trade relationships while maintaining our service level with our current relationships. Our pricing listed on the website is our retail price. To receive your preferred price, please contact us to discuss options for wholesale discounts, high return discounts, etc.​​
QUANTITY
As we grow, our team will ensure we have sufficient inventory on hand to fill the demand of all our clients, we acknowledge that minimizing down time is just as important as price. We welcome input from our returning clients to help us grow the on hand inventory ​to meet your expectations.​​​
